The Tunwal e vehicles are pathetic, body started cracking as the fibre quality used is very low graded.. I am using this e vehicle of Tunwal since Nov 2018. The shocker quality is very very bad.. Repaired the oil seal in one year.. The controllers had been replaced twice within 6 months as the company have no confidence in their products as they don't provide any warranty of their spare parts.. Brake shoe is very very low quality.. Needs to replace in one year.. Overall the quality of Tunwal products is 1/5 rating.. Value for money is zero as the motor have one year warranty however it had repaired twice as it is not water proof..

Rs3500.. that means the company itself have NO faith in its components.. any electronic gadgets.. refrigerator, washing machine led TV etc provide warranty on the product.. because they have full faith in their products quality however Tunwal don't provide because they know very well that they provide cheap quality components in the controller..

Worst company not claiming warranty for bulged batteries just after 3 months of buying batteries got bulged
