So sorry abt your back! I understand back pain all too well. Take it easy if you can. Heat’s good. Rub on 100% emu oil. Amazon has it. I buy Cocojoy brand. Great for arthritis & minor pain. Takes the edge off deeper pain. Prayers!

@@emmyyardley9206 Yes, as it would still be a spend. Luckily Hannah has a lovely free PDF to download when you sub to her mailing list and I do have my eye on one of her other PDFs but we’ll see down the line if I still want it 😊
No colouring for me for a while off work fell on my arm can't move it so much pain on heavy pain killers they did an x-ray they said doesn't look broken but have to wait again till swelling goes down, its my right hand which is the one i use!! Finding it so hard to type. Hope your back gets better so i feel for you lv and hugs xxx
