I like the free Decent Sampler as a Labs-type alternative. Tonnes of community and developer support. I like free open source ZL Equalizer which is pretty much a copy Pro Q-3.
"I like free open source ZL Equalizer which is pretty much a copy Pro Q-3." No, it's not, it may look like the Pro 3 but under the hood, it's nothing to do with it. Fabfilter have world class software that is not available to the public...and why should it be.
@@vimfuego8827What specifically is worse about it under the hood? You seem to be claiming to know the specific details of the algorithms. I'd hate to learn that you're just claiming things without being able to back it up due to brand loyalty and sunken cost fallacy.
@@vimfuego8827Wait you're all over these comments claiming every EQ is worse than FF. Are you a paid bot or are you actually going to demonstrate some actual knowledge here?
Try ZL Equalizer sir. It's like Pro-Q3 + Kirchhoff in term of feature and is free. Or Ozone EQ also free. But Nova also good I use it to emulate air band
The only problem with freebies from a non major established company is that you have no idea for how long those plugins will be around and maintained...
Seems like sunken cost fallacy, listening with your eyes, and not comparing like for like. Do a blind, gain-matched test and I guarantee you won't be able to tell the difference 99% of the time.
@@jorgemartinez42069 of course not. Im working every day in my studio. And, like you observing new/free plugs to optimize workflow. For me, its not good enough sounding plug.
Great video! Would like to recommend Pitchproof, amazing free plugin for creating vocal harmonies
Thanks! Oh cool! Definitely gonna check that out.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll have to check both of these out.
decent sampler has worst audio libraries
Toneboosters EQ is a cheap alternative to fabfilter. All the bands you want. Love it.
No, it's not an alternative whatsoever.
@@vimfuego8827 Thanks
Yessss! I bought it as soon as I found out about it and haven't looked bad.
I love it!@@_thaaatguy

After the last few years, you can't really claim that will be true for big paid companies either. At least not witbout paying big bucks sometimes.
Good point! Such is life with all digital products these days…
Soundpaint sampler is very good too
Thanks for the suggestion I’ll have to check that out!
Great video thank you!! Didn’t even know about the analog obsession or the Tokyo dawn plugs. 🎉
They are great!
Thanks for advice ❤
You are welcome!
NOVA is amazing
It’s so great. Can’t believe it’s free
Great video! Thanks,
Gianni♥
Thanks so much Gianni!
Cool Voice!
Thanks so much!
Good work.
Thank you!
Sorry bro…Slate sound massively/fuller than analog obsession imo.

Nothing wrong with preferring one over the other!
