Like what you have so far - not sold on the rear wheel, but that is just an opinion. I love the round cylinder oil bag, but may have considered a period correct bag with drop-in filter. Look forward to more - I am building a new S &S shovel motor and getting close to next steps.
I think it looks great with the centerline e rear wheel. Especially with the raised white lettering. I even like the finish on everything the way it is, tornseat and all. A few polished aluminum parts here and there, mechanically sou.d everything and it's a keeper. Hell yeah !
That’s a cool start. I have a ‘67 FLH in hardtailed swingarm frame project. Trying to decide on front end and handlebars, otherwise it’s going together. Have fun in Japan!
Bro I hate to Bother you like this. But Everyone I know with old parts won't come off A single Grommet ?? Man I'm just trying to find some 1 who'll sell me some old cheap stuff so I can build something like your working on right now ?? I'd rather have A old cheap bike that I love to ride then something newer that I have to do work to all the time or worry someone else would steal ?? So if you have stuff you'll get rid of ?? Please let me know Either way. Thank You.. Daniel Bock...
Not a fan of the round oil bag all the way back in the frame, maybe a octagon bag, guess u had no choice raising ur trans. Those shovel top r tight as a mother. Taller than the knuck... Cool build tho I'm jealous AF
