    makes me very happy to view the streets and places I grew up on...including the Mets at the Polo grounds. All these places were minutes away...so yes, I consider this all very historic and I'm glad the neighborhood is coming back.

    7 minutes dont do the heights justice, forgetting coliseum cinemas at 181 which closed down, the little red lighthouse under the bridge, United palace, Bennet park, alot more cool historical places when u look into it

    Crazy the market in nyc. He said listed for sale for 1 million in 2010. #11 house didn't sell till 2013 for only 790k, last record shows 1.6 mill in 2018. Will break 2 mill for sure once pandemic ends. No longer neighborhood for immigrants that's for sure. ... =( House #2 got discounted down to 800k after being on the market 2009, 2010, 2011 and didn't sell. This is why i never believe realtor saying wow such a steal for a million. Then it doesn't sell for another 10 years. lol Didn't sell till 2018 at top of the market. Seller got lucky there!
