If you think your going to run this as a "chill loot run", I'm letting you know now, this is gang bang central when people find out how good the loot is (it probably already is). So come here looking for almost guaranteed pvp. Might be better to just camp it and snipe people leaving to car extract after they loot for you.
Car is 50% and never up when i do this run, you missed a couple of high value spawns behind/around the houses but most of them are covered. Loot found there: 6x Tetris, 2x GPU, 1 LEDX GL
There's an alcohol spawn in the fridge as well, I've even seen a moonshine there

you missed the granade laucher spawns. Next to the granade launcher there is wepon attachments and high grade ammo spawns.
on the shooting range is more weapon attachments and a dead scav
dead scav gave me a vector, ap vector ammo, and more one time

I can confirm this area can spawn GPUs also got 2 in 5 runs
streets is just way better tbh
Waste of time looting shoreline, labs streets much better💀
