I bought a pair of Mizuno wave 4 10 months ago to be used as walking exercise shoe.Since buying them I have walked over 700km.In my experience they are the most comfortable and supportive running shoe I have ever worn. My only criticism is that I have worn a small hole above the big toe in the left hand shoe toe box.Suggest keep big toe nail well trimmed to avoid this happening.
Different shoe, If you need support because of weak arch or ankle go the horizon. If you would like a nice cushioned shoe with less support the sky at that price is a great option.
*Explain to me what is better to take and why for a long and fast walk (not running!) With the best shock absorption (weight 100kg, flat feet) - Mizuno Wave Horizon 4 or ASICS Gel Kayano 27 .. well, or what others?*

HI the mizuno wave sky 3 is available for $100 as oppose to $260 for the horizon, would the diff worth it.
