Because they're casted by commentators, it's fixed at a maximum of whatever the caster was able to handle. That's normally HD but not alway. Sadly unavoidable.

@@artisticcheese screen capture is pretty cpu+gpu+ hard drive intensive. You can hear the commenters pc fan going crazy in the background
