You can also cook your bacon in the oven on a sheet PAN.
I like the yoke runny and the whites cooked through. Bacon in the microwave is easy and fast.

If I make some like that, I’m not gonna use no nasty, ketchup or mayo on a breakfast sandwich. I will use jelly, grape jelly, or jam, great jam, strawberry jam. It doesn’t matter but mayo and ketchup. No no no no no that’s messing up the sandwich.

It's just my husband and I now. So I bake all of our breakfast egg pan on top, biscuits beside it. (starting biscuits first, then sausage and bacon next level then eggs last (next to the biscuits) plus grits in the microwave. We like ours over medium. Cook then the way Yall like them. I mean Yall are the ones that will be eating them!!
