The DLF brochure doesn't mention anything about club. Is it confirmed they are building one? There's no official announcement, similar to DLF GC 91 & 92, where possession was given without a club.
Not sure why you were trying to negate this project ( like stressing too much on distance from prior developed areas of GGN and not talking about the positive aspects of the area). This is a new and very organised part of GGNs history\developement. In the next 5 years, this area will outdo most of the other areas of GGN. Just wait for DEW and IICC.
I take the overprice as an insurance amount for surety that u will get the product every other day one or two builders are getting bankrupt I think its not a bad deal for end use if we get surety for the money paid
Seems some incomplete information here. It has one of the biggest clubs coming up with the project and also Cyber City-2 is in making as of now with Amex 7 acre office already build up and is shifting from cybercity 1. Also TCS and other offices are here apart from many offices in. iMT manrsar

All the agent and DLF are not selling at correct price they are saying from 1.30cr but they are selling at higher price. They are not disclosing the correct price.
