That is definitely a house under probate .... it’s full of eccentrics.. personally loved the portrait print of William Morris I done my dissertation on him and the firm ...this couple were art lovers in pictures and furniture and there were a huge amount of french collectibles in there.. unfortunately if they own a fair amount of land the family will have made a deal fir the land and some builders planning applications can take over 10 years to go through and they may have another house near to add ... very sad but it’s what happens... loved this one so much thank you x
Thank you for subscribing! It is a real shame but as far as I know its in the hands of the solicitors as they're calling out for family members so who knows! Beautiful home though ❤
@silentseekersexplore....... I sure hope they find some family it's such a beautiful place. I'd love to house sit until they settle it. One of my favorites.
I know it does, it has been left since September last year at the latest when the last occupant died. Although it could be well before that as she wasn't in the best of health and may have needed care. Glad you liked it though!
Wow absolutely stunning, actully looks like someone still lives there, its a shame places like this is just left abandoned, if the person who sadly passed had any relatives why did they not clear it out or take it on, shame places so lovely has became abandoned, and also its a shame that kids and teens and other people just go into places thats abandoned and wrecks it and smashes things up,
It was a truly stunning place, our absolute favourite yet. As far as I know this house is now in the hands of a solicitor who's trying to find relatives so not sure they had kids. I really hope this place stays as it is.
@Silentseekersexplore yeah hope it does stay the same way be a shame to have vandals have their way with it, to me building are not just brick each building has stories of their own to tell especially abandoned places they all have a history and its learning and showing people what these abandoned places was like and the stories behind them some places people don't know ow the stories or only gonna by what they have been told but its the beauty of getting to explore and actually see places like this with your own eyes
Please keep in contact with your family cousin's aunt's uncles by phone or mobile so you can sort things out Iin the house before the strangers come in
Dude, your video was awesome. The misses loved it. Myself, ya you did a great job. If you make a lot more of your videos, most likely i will give you a thumbs up as well. My word for you is excellent!!!
I think you're right on the paintings, I thought that afterwards. Not really sure on the family as the solicitor dealing with it is appealing for any relatives to come forward. Thank you for watching!
That bed looks comfy. Beautiful place. I want that typewriter .😊 Hope someone takes this property before that ivy gets all in there and takes over. I would have tried to close the window.
Definitely looks like whoever lived there had dementia because of the light switches note and the draws where things were kept. She certainly was a colector of all things its a beautiful house and it didn't smell of piss lol like the last one 😅 great find both .
We now have microphones which we will be using on all of our future explores as you're not the first to mention about us not being very easy to hear. We weren't the first explorers to film in here, there was already open access, if there isn't, we walk away.
@@silentseekersexplore..... Man what a shame. Someone needs to buy and live in it. There must not be any family to finalize the business. It's so sad to see so many good houses left to waste.
Nice place. Some of that property looked too clean to be abandoned. And in your intro i noticed a fused switch lit up. Guess the leccy was still on. Im glad i found your channel though. I'll be going through you explores 1 at a time.
Thank you! The lady that had lived there passed away around a year previous. I'm not sure if we tried the lights in this place, best not to at night in case anyone notices. Thank you for the sub!
Makes me wonder why people don't take stuff with them if moving out. Or why relatives don't sell or donate all they don't want! I can't understand why it's abandoned in the first place, unless they passed away. Absolutely gorgeous property and decor. 🦘😟😕🥰

I want to move in there with those lovely things ❤
What a nice house! The fireplace area is fabulous!
The most beautiful house we've ever been to!
Geez, this house has less dust than mine! Maybe the lady is just in another room saying Oh, I have company!!
🤣
She ducked down to the shop to get some milk.
Most dust is comprised of human skin cells hence the abandoned house looking relatively clean. No people, less dust..
New sub here! Thank-you for this beautiful farmhouse explore! It's a shame no family members claimed those antiques.

Such a beautiful house. Everything in there is beautiful. They took such good care of everything in the place. Thank you for sharing.😊

What a charming place! Lots to look at! Very nice, except for the spiders!!

Another time and place
Where's all the dust and cobwebs etc, really doesn't look deserted, sorry.

This one had only been left for a year from what we could see and only unopened tins in the fridge!

Are you sure it’s abandoned?
Absolutely. Both occupants have been deceased for a while now and the house has been just left ever since.
Antique clocks
I've never seen so many antique clocks in one house, they were lovely!
