Whjen I saw the ship had it own Casino, was always curious to know if Gambling is legal whenever the ship is out on the open ocean and found out that there answer is YES but also found out that is can be different whenever the ship is actually docked wherever that may be: The Maritime law says that all gambling laws at sea are set by the country under which the ship is registered to. When a ship is docked or in the near vicinity of land, it becomes subject to the law of the respective coastline

The general rule on Royal Carib. is if it is a day at Sea it is a formal night
