for calculating inductance required on collector's coil :
( 50 ohm side )
magic number 37 ÷ 7 ( our lowest operating frequency )
= 5 uh ( reactance 4 times )

46:10 12 dB return loss is SWR 1.7 50:00 you are measuring the input impedance of the output port, not the output impedance.
