I remember starting a new character 4 player co-op. Most of the game was a challenge, and we kept getting killed in this zone. Then I hit lvl 30... Equiped my lvl 30 Bee Shield that I was holding in inventory the entire game. The loaders and constructors went down in 2 seconds. My team was like, wtf is going on? We duplicated the shield, and decimated Jack. Never laughed so hard at a final boss fight. This was before they nerfed the shield.
This was a MUCH better "Last Stretch" area than the first game. Back then you felt obligated to just bumrush past all the Crimson Lance and the Guardians that were fighting, mainly due to the "VAULT'S GONNA OPEN GET THERE AAAAAAAA" feel. Yeah, it was more of the same this time with the threat of the Warrior, but it was improved by the fact that you had allies on your side, giving it a much more epic feel. Plus, you knew Jack was waiting for you. You suspected he knew you'd make it, and that he wanted to wait for you to show up to get his vengeance personally, so you weren't so inclined to bumrush. The environment was better designed as well; yeah it was difficult, but that's the POINT of a final level-this is the end game! This is where your skills pay off! You can't just bumrush through it, you needed to WORK for the right to face Jack. On top of ALL OF THAT... this music. This music hammered the point home. Time is short, but, in the next twenty minutes or so... one way or another, this war is going to end.
And the sequel is coming in about a month :) I remember my battle with Jack and the Warrior as a commando. Had a big ass launcher, a revolver and a sniper rifle as my main weapons.
heroes pass is literally the peak of the entire series, a gigantic gauntlet of all the hyperion enemies you've faced by this point, it really feels like jack is throwing everything he has at you, neither side has anymore fancy plans or trump cards, theres only one way itll end now.
The music is SO good and fitting to Hero's Pass! The turbulence is high and puts a fitting mood on this place and the stress of the mission, Every instrument blends nicely together, as do the segments, And the pitches, volume changes, and - whatever the heck makes that riff at 4:13 is just awesome!
The music for this area is actually pretty kick ass if you sit back and actually listen to it, I'm usually too busy running through that area so I can get out of there before that Badass Loader spawns and blocks the exit.
Am making a sniping character next just so I can shoot that bastard in the eye with a corrosive crit bonus sniper + skills and be done with it, hate those friggin' things ESPECIALLY on UVHM >:V
A pain to get through this fight a bit however it was fun and neat, It's like Jack doesn't want them vault hunters or slabs to enter, like his final push to stop them.
Actually i think it's just a badass on normal and badass v2.0 on truevault. unless more players makes them a higher level or not because i played by myself D:
I can just say that the bee is op with the Chulainn. I just beat the warrior real~ easy. Then, this happened to Jack : steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=243444199
When getting to the final boss is harder than the final boss itsself:
The classic.
Best music and mobbing stretch in the base game IMO
The lady's fist makes the boss kinda trivial lol.
This game man, it was all I played for 2 years
Yeah same is super addictive and replayable

CzarnyMlot Spoilers: It's not as good as this. Matter of fact, there's inf spawning enemies.
Sai Kisaragi It sucks I actually torrented it and end up not buying it.
CzarnyMlot Lol, Torrenting games feels so wrong in my book. I hate myself for being a bootleg touhou fan
Sai Kisaragi So you'd prefer I paid for a game I didn't enjoy ? Devs would keep making shit games that way.
*Super Badass Constructor v2.0

0:53 really makes this feel like an endgame track
If you listen to it while running and gunning ( which is stupid cause i play as zero but stealth doesn't last long enough ) then it sounds even better
bl2, bltps and bl1 > bl3
@@ccynte I think you're using the greater than symbols incorrectly.
