Positivism followed deductive approach and later it was realised that following inductive approach instead of deductive approach will be more fruitful. You told the opposite of this sir!

The method for positivist is deduction. It is all about testing theories. Inductive is for non-positivist. constructionist develops theory using grounded theory, which is inductive method. I think you switched the two method and please correct it.
