Volunteering at John Beargrease Doglsed Marathon 2018

Every year my wife and I travel to Northern MN for the Beargrease Dogsled race. We provide support communications along the 400 mile route for a four day period.
Beargrease Amateur Radio Coalition (BARC) Members from all over Minnesota and Wisconsin, work to provide communication resources through Amateur Radio for the John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon. We provide communications along race from several different points. BARC is always looking for people that are interested in assisting with the race. While membership is not required to participate with the race, it is encouraged. Our membership dues go to help support the repeater systems we use during the race.
