i feel like fleetway would be the only character to not have a counterpart. there is no character that is outright evil in ddlc. lord x, plays games/ sonic.exe takes the place of a beloved chracter. simmlaer to monoica. but fleetway, hes just outright evil. he isnt an alternate sonic. he is his own enitiy.
