I believe to be true pagneant winner, you must possess this qualities: you must have a generous heart to love, support, & encourage your community back. I mean community not neccessary it has to be the hmong community only. Be true of yourself & definitely show who you are. I tired of fake lies that almost all pagneant claim themelves to be. I mean come on, if u had a vision of what u want to become then do it not just announce it but when reality hits you just gone off to marry & leave your career gone "bye bye". They just like to flatter themselves that they're actually doing something back for their hmong community but actually, there's not a evidence to prove their statement up... so in conclusion, it's a bunch of bs. The beauty pagneant winner does not neccessary have to has beauty to win... have u heard the line, " beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
