I don't find the 2nd row bench "rare"... most rental Suburbans and Tahoes, most of which are also the midrange LT trim, have the bench... I rented a Suburban in 2016 (2016 model as well) that had the bench. Now, a bench up front in the base LS trim is REALLY rare!!! :)
