Last time I was there it was raining cats and dogs, we got on the carousel and then it stopped after we got off the ride. We fortunately got to hurricane harbor after it stopped.
I have to wonder how much money they save on doing that pickup thing? No offense but, like you said you forgot your purchase and you called them, not the other way around. How many sales do they make, and hope people forget and put stuff back on the shelf. The idea is 100% cool, especially if stock is clearly limited, more parks should do that.
I can’t imagine that many people forget their purchases - and I am not sure if that can be returned to the shelf at that point. Corporations can be very weird about returns
