Dips will be covered in a different video, for pulls you would just switch it a bit. Shoulders extension as variation and full rom adduction as assistance
Do you think that based of the studie that’s discussing the force production at different shoulder angles of the different parts of the lats, it could be a reasonable argument for pull ups being superior for muscle up gains since they bias more shoulder adduction and therefore the parts of the lats that can produce more force in the end range shoulder flexion?
Maybe to a small degree. But for must people due to the pulling path of a muscle up we have somewhat a middle way of extension/adduction with almost a bias to extension.
Hey micha dont you think that wide grip rows could be better, as they hit the neglected upper back and rhomboids that arent hit probably in the chin ups
Bro i swear, this is the best channel for real knowledge in training!!
Thanks a lot!
For real

Nice stuff❤❤
sorry if I missed, are 12-20 sets/w include warm up sets?
How should I count for drop sets or warm up?
also, liked the video!
Just sets that you consider stimulating.
Just don’t do Drop sets
@@MichaSchulz vielen Dank!
For the programming course, which I am interested in.
What's the difference with your programming playlist on UA-cam?
Thanks
The programming playlist would be one small, unsorted part of the course. So the course is just much bigger and complete =)
what assistance would you recommend for pullup as the main lift or even dips?

Is this program for programming calisthenics statics skill also or just streetlifting?
Statics are included with an module 🚀

Any benefits of adding some upper back work?
For a street lifter probably not
For aesthetics, always reasonable if you feel it lacks behind

Upper back is not neglected in chin ups in my opinion 👍🏻
@@MichaSchulz yeah your right I guess but maybe underworked
do these work for pull ups as well?
Yes, for sure, but the assistance could bias a bit more adduction and pronation compared to the ones in the video
4 sets of Planche Hold. 4 x front delt + 2 x chest or smth different?
I mean, you decide:D
nice jersey bro
Thanks!
damn could have been a chin up pull up huhuhu
