hi sir i want to ask question, if the battery used is 12volt for the driver, should i connect esp with the usb also or is it not necessary because the 12volt is enough to power esp ?

ESP 32 requires 5V input power. You need to power it with 5v and separately the Motor driver. This one has 5v output for it

Yes that's right. This application is Blynk and you can assemble it as you like. It works through WiFi

I guess you have been using the Blynk credits for some other project. Try register new Blynk and it should work.

Unfortunately not. The wi-fi will be occupied by the car's network.
