I'd argue that the infrastructure can't support these new developments. Have you tried to get in to see a doctor or been to a hospital in the last few months? The wait times are terrible, patients are sleeping for days in chairs lining the ER hallways as there are no rooms... The parking lots at the few grocery stores over there are always packed, traffic is really bad compared to what it was just a few years ago all over town. And the drivers are far worse than what was here before... I either have to leave for work pre dawn or take back roads all the way in to avoid the mess that is 95 at rush hour.
@@AquamarinaPearl yes, that is the one. I was reading is one of the largest nuclear plants in Florida. Just wondering if it has been a concern? I’m looking to move to PSL and researching about the area
Hello Linda thank you for the question! Personally, I have lived here for over 20 years and have never seen an issue regarding to the nuclear plant. If you have any other questions about the area in your research please email me at matt@baronrealestateco.com
Hey Anthony! Tradition and PGA Verano are not considered flood zones. Thank you for the question! If you have any other questions about the area feel free to email me at matt@baronrealestateco.com
Hello Ron! Great question! At this time there is no route for the TIM shuttle that goes to Riverland. There is a stop at the Telaro community which is close to Riverland. Hopefully with Tradition adding more shuttles they will continue adding routes covering more communities. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Technically it is for Tradition homeowners and guests. Riverland is not part of Tradition although adjacent. This being said, the Telaro stop is on the East side so you will have a long walk to the stop.
The Treasure Coast Mall is 30 min away. That is the closest mall, but there is a lot of retail stores and shopping plazas in Tradition. My video in two weeks is going to be going over all of the shops and plazas of Tradition. If you have any other questions you can email me at matt@baronrealestateco.com. Thank you! Have a great day!
If you're in tradition, and you're driving. There's a 90% chance you're going to get caught behind a 14yo on a golf cart, or that stupid autonomous vehicle.
It’s just my opinion. For the amount of people going through Tradition the traffic does not feel nearly as bad as other areas in Port St. Lucie. Does not mean there’s no traffic but it’s just not allot to me. And yes the expansion roads are going to be great! I’m excited to see how the Central Park area turns out
@@mattcelidoniorealtor Haha was just jokes didnt meant to actually call you a liar to be clear! Traffic is better over there than SLW or Gatlin area for sure but can still get pretty crowded at time.
Just got a brand new build that should be done this July! Excited
That’s awesome! Congratulations and welcome to Tradition!

What about the proximity to the nuclear plant? Is this a concern for the area?
Are you talking about the one near the beach near Hutchinson Island?

Can use Tim if you live in Riverland?

You lying about the roads and traffic lol
Excited for the new roads to come that will create more routes in and out of tradition though, for example the crosstown expansion at central park!

Lol you can’t be too sure in the UA-cam comments. But I appreciate you for clarifying! And I agree!
