- War Robots Gameplay: Curie with Fenbao - a terrible idea of a setup in my opinion. Those 100m range weapons are only really useful for robots that teleport onto the enemy. That's how I see it anyways :-)

Pixonic really REFUSES to balance robots well. Curie was brought in with Subduers, a 600m weapon. That means it should be a mid range robot (lets ignore Subduer's performance for a second). Giving this robot so much health was obviously a bad idea. And since Fengbao is overpowered as well, this setup is insanely dangerous.
But also kind of difficult to play when your enemies keep you locked down. Maybe I should have tried it with anti control rather than going the immunity route

Try it with two anti controls or three but you need to sacrifice damage stacks or just use anti controls and subduers since they are not nerfed @@ManniGaming
Also try it with whiteout drone emp in short range so no one can activate ability
Another problem, War Robots seem to carry on to add new robots and make them game breaking then nerf it and then they become useless and weak.

Yeah the curie is so broken and those weapons as well. They literally kill my revenant with like 400,000 health
These weapon are broken, they can even kill maxed ocho in one clip
One way to improve this weapon is to allow it to have a min range of 300m but only do 25% damage, 50% at 200m, and full damage at 100m
That's actually a good idea,that would make sense kinda like the scourge back when the game was good

The worst robot is actually the ochokochi when it come to using these weapons as the ochokochi will keep pushing your enemies out of the 100m range
Manni, Northlight is bugged and it stacks defense points, 50 points per beam and it’s utterly broken, and of course a lot of the “top” players who already have the most broken meta are abusing it! Now I remember Northlight would give this 50 defense points temporarily not permanently, unless they reworked the functionality of this mothership then again, it’s bugged! Could you look into it or even maybe contact Pixonic and let them know, it’s been going for long now and it’s breaking the game, if there’s something to break at this point!

Here's an anti curie build manny. I use a typhoon with igniters. In your case you can use ultimate versions. Of course with the lockdown drone
What's the best way to counter curry? I kill ochos etc but this one is tough.

The best way to deal with Curie is to use the Shenlou robot with its electric weapons and destroy the blocking drone (obviously Curie's ability has to be unactivated)
You should definitely check out this War of the Worlds game in development. I feel like you would be interested in it because it’s genuinely an amazing and well put together game of the 2005 WotW movie.

I understand the idea of using the armadillo on the curie but kestrel would've worked better since you could always go back to 100% hp😅, but i actually liked that you didn't use it, it shows us how the curie would perform with other drones :-)
Yeah but kestrel will change and isn’t going to work like that going forward. So I chose one that keeps its function

lol... I have been running same setup since these weapons came in. Ridiculously fun. But range is the only short coming. You cannot go behind targets, but rather bait them into coming to you. I specially love evaporating the Shen Lou(s)

It's a feature, it gets stuck for no reason, especially when you land after some short jump from ramps or changing movement direction.

These 100mts weapons only work on dash and teleport bots, and with the ultimate luck I gave it a single roll with a single token and hit the WIN! Closed my eyes as it spun my win roll, look up and it’s Ultimate Edition Orkan! Amazing odds.

Then again, keep in mind that it is not how the weapon is supposed to be used. You are expected to spend money to buy the shenlou to teleport behing the enemy. The curie and other older robots were not and will never be perfectly compatable with weapons that come out with other bots. There will always be something that will be MEANT for the weapon, that will require you to spend money to get full potential. I swear, war robots in the next few years will be some random robot that can be invincible like the ravana for 20 seconds with a 3 second cooldown while being able to fire. It will be able to suck the enemy towards you and there will be a shot gun that can 1 hit you within a 250 meter range. Also there will be an immortal Titan that one hits you at 1100m. We are not to far from that at the moment to be honest...
Overnight: the weapons get a 500m range buff cuz its new and has a weakness
This is such an easy fix Manni. Just put an immune amp on the curie and you wont have to worry about being locked down and it gives you durability and speed
manni you might have known this but you can break free of the newton choke with the nethers dash ability
Those weapons work well on either Lynx or Curie tbh.
if you use pascal it will be more durable considering your resistance will come from damage as opposed to kills (which seems to happen more often) XD

Diese derzeit neuen und starken Elektrowaffen (Shifang/Leiming/Fengbao) wurden hauptsächlich für den neuen Teleportroboter Shenlou entworfen. Und funktionieren am Besten bei Teleportrobotern. Aber du könntest diese neuen Waffen auch mal bei Sprungrobotern ( z.B. Invader und Raven ) testen ausprobieren. Wie gut diese Waffen mit Sprungrobotern so funktionieren. Wäre interessant zu sehen 😉.

Hi Manni, pretty sure the Ultimate Luck is even worse than you think. There is many more items in the prize pool, just that they don't always show up, although I think the "rolling" animation is just cosmetic. But yeah, you can win the Ultimate Spectre when hitting the Luck Cell, it just doesn't always have a chance to appear as a visable price in the animation.
From what I understand, the prize pool consists of Ultimate Spectre/ Orkans, a refund for whatever it costs to spin once, some random drones, 10000 or 7500 components for the mothership that is currently in the rotation (changes every event), t4 mothership turrets, random amounts of memorium and sometimes some other items like pilots or special edition items.
Rolling has always been just for show, evenwl with old events where you got to choose 1 of 3 prizes, you were never actually choosing a prize, they made you think you were so you were made to believe you were in control

Using free microchips I had saved up.
Easy way for a free player to get an almost instant mothership.
Couldn't care about the ultimate rockets
This time the ultimate luck spinner is actually decent, but only if you are going for paladin, although it will be nerfed soon it is still good and much cheaper than the other ones which costs doritos. I tried with my old acc and it costs ~15 spins to get a maxed paladin with a durability extender. which is ~750 microchips, considering how important a mothership is in the battle, and how it costs less than a maxed drone, I would say its a pretty good deal. (you can save some components by not upgrading the hp heal part of the ship as well)
Yeah gotta agree not that game is dead but match making is I keep getting put up against champion league players when doing TDM and only in master league 3 at that time got took out so fast
As a dedicated FTP player motherships are the hardest thing to get at the moment (only have the standard dreadnaught that is basically useless in battle). even so would this gamble game not be worth it for the paladin mothership components?
What about 2 anti control units and one nitro unit. Avoid being locked down and more speed for attack.

I use these weapons on the Lynx and its just awesome...yes you die...but if you combine your stealth with phase shift and just time them properly...its an easy "LIVING LEGEND"

Hey Manni, I know they f*cked up that Kestrel drone by On kill fix → On stealth fix so could you try it on Scorpion with its Legendary Pilot that gives him Stealth?

Yeah, issue is you have the shortest weapon range in the game, competing with people who have 500-600m max range... other robots simply run away or phase shift from the lock down... They need to give this weapon at least 150m and reduce the taser effect and the weapon would be viable... 👎👎

Is the ultimate luck the only way to get the newer drones? I see offers in the store for drones that aren't as new. The newest Drone I see in the offers is the Kestrel Drone but that's it. Where do you get the Pascal Drone? The new dragonfly Drone? And where do you get every other new drone?

Its all sets I have zeus total damage by crises= apprx 90k but it's doesn't effect only gave 20-30% of result same as TARAN and shoctrain the company make you to make purchase an go for it only for winner.

Curie and the ophion are both extremely pay to win and both a pain in my ass. They are invincible when used the wrong way. If a casual player purchased these bots and worked to get them fully upgraded, it would get nerfed to hell. And a new broken robot will be running the meta... but then again its been happening for years and here we all are still. Just dumbasses for pixonic scams
Manni, what modules do you run on your Rook with those weapons because I tried the exact same set up but I couldn't get it to work consistently. I was running 1 Onslaught, 2 repair amps and damage controller. All modules are maxed.

I can run 3 maxed repair amps if need be with 1 Onslaught. Or 2 repair amps and 2 Onslaught?

Yeah, I like the weapons, but the range is just... terrible. 100 m is just too close to the enemy.
But this is rewarded by stupid area damage without the need to correctly aim at the enemy.

I hate the stupid Curie turrets, they lock you. Which is utterly stupid because dont energybbased weapons lock? NOW BULLETS?!?!? It sucks how the Curie turrets deal more damage than the mars turret. Yeah that makes sense, litearl explosive rockets < bullets
