Oh well.. This game can really drive you nuts when it comes to RNG. Got a bunch of guard up but never used them. BTW, got 879h of play time & only 1 Draw Jewel so far. I got 5 attack jewels - 1 free, 1 drop (AT Lavasioth), 2 elder melder, 1 witcher collab.

Rama yeah, plus it allows u to take advantage of the new “tier” system to charge moves while countering getting hit. It’s a play style in its own right. I think of it as a slower, but more damaging LS countering (I main LS lol)
@@BigDomski I think foresight slash is safer tho since the shoulder bash will still take chip damage even when you block the attack
mh4u was when I accepted the GS as the one true weapon and this was a great tribute to the weapon.
HR999 GS user over here.... jaw dropped the whole video. Never was creative enough to make a set like that and sure as hell wasn't godlike enough to use it like that. I officially recognize crit draw + evasion mantle meta as more than worth looking into. Slash roll tackle & slash tackle slash may no longer be the strategies I play with...that was a super entertaining video!

@@fuzz134 It is & I know that old school MH had that strategy; TCS changed the meta to my understanding in MHW so that was the style I have played/observed.
@@jromofo Both styles are fun, this one however I would say once you get it down is the safer bet against something like AT Nerg to me xD ( Well safer in relation to speed time)

Just do the names lavasioth quest till it drops then... I pretty much got all my gems for the spring event doin this quest.. I'm just trying to get my last fungiform gem to complete collection
@@3rdworldgwaming467 Well I ran lavasioth about 50 times, no crit draw sadly. Got my 5th attack deco so that's cool at least. Had a good strategy going with most runs around 2:35 - 2:45
@@fishy4275 I know the feeling bro....I did him the whole event & didnt get a single ironside gem which I don't even have a single one of...I got every other gem in right amounts bot not a single ironside or refresh gem...it happens...just a keep a mindset that ur gonna get wat u want eventually cos u will...Oh & dont forget crafting charms in the workshop cos wen I didnt have enough crit draw gems I used to make due with the critical draw charm..hope this helped.Peace

You dont need temporal mantle, you evade like a god.
He uses it for the dmg buff you get when you evade with that mantle - not caus of the extra i-frames.

Theres always comment "why not do true charge", he wont always get crit if he do that and also nergi is FAST and its to risky to do true charge, so crit draw+focus is one of best option
Ryudo Wizom isnt that always best option cause if i get one shot ucant make mistake

Is the crystalburst to cut down on the long chase to his nest or is it also to prevent his AI from changing? I've heard people theorize he legit spams the insta pounce more at the final stage.

Even though if it is a an arch tempered elder dragon,s . Can you share me your strategy and your technique . Because I am struggling of slaying this monster . Hope you share me . - First is affinity, you want to make sure your affinity is close to or 100% (Weakness Exploit 3 is a must)
- Since your affinity is close to or 100%, add crit boost 3
- After that work on your attack boost, at least 4 since it also give 5% affinity
- Focus, at least add 2, since its enough (why at least? since some gs can't even fit in focus when you prioritize first 3 point above)
- the rest is up to you
Well, this is how I mix my set, it'll maximize potential of whatever gs I use.

I've seen other clips where they superman dive the dibebomb. Is it undodgeable now via temporal mantle? Havent played for a long time so havent been catching up with updates

Next run change temporal to impact or rocksteady, im sure will be faster
rocksteady is very risky tho especially since he is running no vitality jewels

I believe this "Critical Draw" is an old style way of using the Great Sword, like in older versions of MH.

It's risky, but can be done
Yes it's risky and with the amount of health he has comes down to a lot of rng with how well nergy cooperates and doesn't jump around the whole map even while tackling you take massive chip damage
