You don’t need the SRT from Sig, but if it has it already installed great! The 9mm version (like yours) is the best, 8+1 and if you want to spice it up add +P loads. The .357 Sig version is nice but I’d rather have the extra round.
Your P239 is DA/SA not DAK. Also, to test the reset: Safety check the gun, point in a safe direction, pull the trigger. Hold the trigger in the rearward position and cycle the slide then slowly release the trigger and you will be able to feel the trigger reset. If your SIG doesn't already have it you may want to try the short reset trigger from SIG. Very nice pistol. Good choice.
Should have got it in 357sig. You'll be able to hand the small amount of recoil.( please don't give me the ammo too much$$$ ) you may buy other stuff every day, that you allow yourself, coffee? cigarettes? some kind of food?)

Thats not a DAK, the DAK's have no decocker.

I agree with Eric. Finger on the trigger before safety checking the firearm. Not good....
