What is the trick? Can you further explain? What size photo did you use? I have gone to Canva and created several images and none worked. Oddly enough, some image show up in full screen on my phone and some don’t.

This does not work in iPhone 14 Pro Max with the latest version of IOS. In addition, there is no 3:5, it says 5:3. The ratios are reversed.
Go to photos>edit>crop> click the square on the top right & choose 2:3 resolution. Make your contact picture again & boom
If you have iphone 13 choose 2:3 it worked for me

First go to contacts and select the contact you want to add photo on! Then click on contact photo and poster! There select any image you want to add and then you’ll get it 😊

Okay, I figured it out. First you have to choose Wallpaper and then scroll over and the aspect ratios now show 3:5, not 5:3. When I did that, the calls come in full screen. 👍

No matter what I do, some contacts get full screen and others don’t (even after adjusting ratios on photo). All settings are set for full screen (instead of banner). Any tips?
take screenshots of those Photos and try with that one! 💡

I got the full caller image once but again after some times i m calling again it becomes in small image
Just crop in the image and zoom in

Try 3:5 or 3:4
None of the ratios work on IOS 16.3. I gotta say, having switched from Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra because I wanted to try something different, is proving to be a bad call. IPhones have almost 0 customizations.
