Having seen young Chef Seyhak cook for this first time, I must say. As a 64 ye old man who has been cooking all my life, I am honored and humbled to watch this young Chef, prep and prepare a sensational meal. Amazing focus on his simple presentation. Keep it up Seyhak. You are heading in the right direction.

So refreshing and humbling seeing this young lad,prep and cook this meal with ease and knowledge..He cruised on thru not stumbling or fumbling even once,and his obvious mental awareness when using sharps or preping fire was impressive,using them like a well seasoned chef....Food,and the prep and cooking of it is essential to the survival of us,so its probably one of the best skills to learn in life,and this young man,having been taught so young and taking it on so easily,shows his ability to learn and grow,meaning anything else will be the same..If only other parents had the conscious to want to teach their kids things that are only going to make them stand out from the crowd and a.sense of responsibility and consequence.And giving them the right tools giving them the best start in life..Today parents are so caught up in their own social media status and presence,rather than doing things the old ways of sitting down themselves and teaching them,they just throw them a phone or s tab,and hope for the best..And even tho this childs parents have given him these things,they obviously gave him more important and useful tools and knowledge prior..Much credit to them,and of course even more for him for fhe task undertaken and the desired outcome achieved...

He still has his baby teeth and can seriously put together a meal like a grown man! I'm so impressed. From scaling, cutting and seasoning the fish and complete with fire and hot oil *And it looked very delicious too!*

I can't get my son to do anything. Help with dishes, learn to cook basic meals, help do laundry, help his dad work on the vehicles. Nothing. I keep trying. He's 12 now and I keep telling him I haven't done my job if he's not prepared for the world. This little guy has amazed me! Keep it up! He'll be a famous chef someday!

Most western kids that age will likely sit around like couch potatoes munching away on burgers and snacks while watching tv rather than helping their parents. That's probably the reason why a lot of Asians do well in studies where education is their priority if given the opportunities. They cultivate resilience over time
