Tried this today and theres no way to do this with g12 on t4. Guess I'll have to wait until the guild is stronger to try again. I didnt have everyone killed off until 5 count before enrage. Still an awesome way to do this
spirit is awesome, however because of her foresight I don't use her against traya. only nihilus and sion. but she could work with this team and strategy.
It’s basically pure DPS. When looking at a mod or group of mods look at if you increase %speed or %offense more. Go with whichever is higher. Very slight edge to offense if you need a tiebreaker.
So I ran this today, had roughly 400 more offense on MT and Asajj and about the same speed on Zombie and ran with 85pct Crit Chance on Initiate.....The issues I had were, #1 getting Initiate and MT to die early (I think I restarted about 10 times or so) and #2 In the run in the video you got a lot of extra turns because of getting Asajj to go before Traya did double turns which I wasn't able to do at all throughout. Managed only 7.9M
Ventress getting the turn before Traya is simply luck. If they tie it’s a 50/50 shot. Nothing you can control really. So far I’ve hit over 10 million in every run since my opening try where I “only” did 7 million. I think the most tries it’s taken me is 7. This 15 million run was on try 3 IIRC. Just today I hit 11 million on try 2. I’m honestly not really sure what I’m doing differently where others are struggling.
It was my first attempt, I know i need to work on surviving into enrage....here is a link to my mods s259.photobucket.com/user/cmjstota/slideshow/P3%20Nightsisters I went based off your first video but let me know if i'm missing something if you get the chance. Great work on this though btw....anything that can get me to stop using Chex Mix is a big +++
Because Initiate has a chance to apply 2 debuffs on her basic which because of MT's leadership gives 5pct each TM when they are resisted which they always are and the point is to get Asajj to attack as much as possible because Asajj is the true damage only.
I don’t have any personal experience with Spirit. It’s definitley a viable option though. Getting her to die is probably the tricky part I’d imagine, thanks to her gear strength and foresight.
How do the NS revive and stay alive if using a basic attack that causes a topple? I am having a hard time getting them to die after they revive and do an attack. thanks
Bulldog do you think you could sub acolyte for initiate? I have a really low gear initiate and dont want to g12 at the moment. My talia and acolyte (and rest of ns) are g12
You can't. You can swap Initiate for Spirit. Initiate TRIES to inflict DoT on basic and another DoT when she crits. Traya has a lot of tenacity, so inflicting DoT is impossible. Every time Traya resists a negative effect, NS gain 5% TM. If she resists both DoT from basic and DoT from crit = 10% TM to Ventress, Daka and Zombie. The other 2 NS, can't inflict negative effects. Also his Initiate was only g8. Truth is, the lower guild she is, the better. She'll die quicker. That's what she is needed for.
Acolyte won’t work as well, because you need someone who debuffs on basic, because when that is resisted under MT lead NS get turn meter. Initiate in the video is only G7. Gearing her up is nice but not a requirement
can i got the written version of mods? also 2 questions - im going for spirit instead of initiate, hope us better - talzin must be que n g12? or also low gear to die faster? my only g12 is ventress - daka zeta us important? and talzin unique?
Manuel Garcia Rañales hey man. heads up, I have spirit and love her. but she can cause problems with traya because of her foresight. it might not be a huge issue with this team tho because of the constant assists, only the first attack would miss. I highly recommend spirit for phase 1 and 2. actually last time I used Ventress lead, talzin, talia, spirit, and bb8 instead of daka. almost doubled my damage by swapping daka for bb8.
It is obviously way to early to speculate, but one has to assume it shouldn't have too much of an impact, since this doesn't rely on a 'paper' zombie mechanic.
In hindsight I should have and would have added some damage. But the reason I didn’t is because I was saving it as an emergency revive tool. If she would happen to be the only one left with zombie after the sabers and Traya take their turn, her special would revive everyone and reset things. That scenario didn’t happen to pop up.
Initiate doesn’t even need her omegas. Her gear and abilities will only impact her own personal damage when assisting. the exception is critical chance %, because a Crit results in a resisted debuff which grants NS extra TM. Even if you max initiate her damage only makes up a small percent of the run, so it’s not a big deal.
Bulldog1205 Gamer and what are your gear levels on everyone else? After seeing this Talzin is getting my next zeta but I’m not sure if since she needs to die if I should take her to 12? I currently have the Asajj and MT at 11.
It can work either way. There are pros and cons to both. I personally like a strong zombie (less likely that isolate or daze runs a run), but I’ve never gotten to try it with a weak zombie.
Not to do this much damage. You need the resisted debuffs on initiates basic to feed TM to Ventress to speed her up. Id bet you can still top 5 million damage easily though. Wouldn’t be shocked if a good run could get 10 million with Talia.
Has there even been a nerf yet? I'm still getting the same 5 million in P4 with NS I always got. The "paper zombie" nerf hasn't happened so far. Who knows what that will be or how it will affect NS runs. It probably won't this team at all since Daka doesn't need to use her revive ability.
Not everytime, but there will frequently be long stretches like that. NS can only be revived on basic every other turn. So with Ventress and Daka alternating turns, they will each call the same person to assist until either zombie or Traya get a turn to snap the cycle.
how much damage do you think this would do without daka zeta? Also if ur doing t4 or t5 of sith raid , will this affect the techniques at all? Thanks, good video and subbed 🐽
The mechanic won’t be impacted on T4/T5. It will be harder to get your characters to die is all. Without Daka zeta I would think a good run could still get 10 million. It’s going to require good RNG though. That’s pure speculation as I’ve never tried it without the zeta.
God the slicing has me pissed off a bit. I'm all for making mods better, but it really just seems like another attempt at giving p2p favor and advantages over f2p. who wants to spend all that time and crystals on boosting the minor stats of a mod that you weren't even using it for. I'm also confused about what those things were that they added as bonus drops for hard mode battles before the client dropped. unless they were the salvage and they just changed the design of the icons.
Hey bulldog ... Excellent video You mentioned that sprit inflicted 2 debuffs too. I thought she only inflicted speed down. Does turn meter removal count as a debuff too?
Talzin zeta says "when an enemy resists a detrimental effect, all ns gain 5% turn meter" so since the turn meter removal will be resisted, then yes...it should count as a second effect. The theoretical benefit of using spirit instead of acolyte is that spirit does not require a a crit to apply her second(turn meeter removal) detrimental effect. he said his acolyte has 45% crit, meaning he is getting 10% turn meter roughly 45% of the time and the other 55% of the time he is getting 5%. with spirit, you should get 10% turn meter boost 100% of the time regardless of mods, thus allowing you to stack offense and forgo crit. Also, clearly since spirit and talzin are dead the whole fight, their speed is irrelevant so stacking more offeencive stats would be of the most benefit (and avoiding any defensive stats as you want them to die easily)
AWESOME!!! great video man, great explanation, hope to see more videos
great vid. up until now, I've been using Ventress lead, and talia instead of initiate. they been working well. but I'm going to try this out.
yt recommend it lol XD i know you from splitnerland
I loved your video!! I already tested your strategy and i did 18 millions of damage!!!
bs
Is there a good phase 4 NS video?
Ok uve run across this in arena does Dakas zeta do the constant razzing??
So this this setup still work with the Zombie re-work? And how about the zeta on Daka..is it still highly recommended?
Tried this today and theres no way to do this with g12 on t4. Guess I'll have to wait until the guild is stronger to try again. I didnt have everyone killed off until 5 count before enrage. Still an awesome way to do this
Would I be able to do this with a G8 Zombie?
How did you mod Ventress?
spirit is awesome, however because of her foresight I don't use her against traya. only nihilus and sion. but she could work with this team and strategy.
So how importnant is speed on Assaj? In essence how different the modding is from using her in P4?

If your zombi is gear 12 would this still work?
Yes. I run it with a near max zombie now. The damage is reduced by a couple million, but it still works very well.
Quick questions what’s the gear lvl of initiat and do you have her zetaed
Only G7 and no zeta.
Nice work, will be interesting to see if this team is still viable when they are finished with zombie rework
It is obviously way to early to speculate, but one has to assume it shouldn't have too much of an impact, since this doesn't rely on a 'paper' zombie mechanic.
Joel Thon yeah I agree but also fingers crossed at the same time haha
Is it better to have zombie gear up? I will need to try it again at next raid. I just manage to screw up a run real bad and only did 48k lol.
@@reddog418 thanks
A very impressive run, noticed you don't use MT's mass assist in the later stages after enrage, any reason?
In hindsight I should have and would have added some damage. But the reason I didn’t is because I was saving it as an emergency revive tool. If she would happen to be the only one left with zombie after the sabers and Traya take their turn, her special would revive everyone and reset things. That scenario didn’t happen to pop up.

Thomas Willingham 7
What is the gear level you have for N.I.?
7. I wish she was higher but I don’t want to spend the carbantis!
Bulldog1205 Gamer would you recommend spirit instead? Getting a toon to gear level 7 isn’t hard. I’m only a few shards from 7* with spirit.

Does the gear level for NS Zombie matter?
It can work either way. There are pros and cons to both. I personally like a strong zombie (less likely that isolate or daze runs a run), but I’ve never gotten to try it with a weak zombie.
Do I need to add Crit chance to anyone else besides Initiate? :)
Not as a requirement. It’s useless for Ventress since she stacks it to max uickly. It will help Talzin do more damage, but that’s all.
Officially sponsered by the NS discord :) Enjoy the views.
Thanks! Can you link an invite code here? I think I tried to join not long ago but it said my account wasn’t approved and I eventually closed it out.
I need an invite code aswell

The dots from Initiate are huge. They get resisted which feeds TM. Talia would work, but not at the same level.

That's why the video has been removed because people are scared that it will be nerfed :-/
They are so going to nerf this one now. This is pretty awesome though!
They can't nerf a team for being heavily RNG dependent like NS in p4.
Is it just me or does asajj call talzin everytime?
Not everytime, but there will frequently be long stretches like that. NS can only be revived on basic every other turn. So with Ventress and Daka alternating turns, they will each call the same person to assist until either zombie or Traya get a turn to snap the cycle.

I can’t get my talzin and initiate to die in t4.
Boba Fett ya i found that T4 just doesn't do enough damage to kill them off fast enough.
This has nothing to do with the Nerf. But great theory craft.

Need nerf. I think ns team has been created for p4
doesn't really work on high lvl guild when p3 last 15 mintues no retries so if you mess up and have to back out ...that it you lose that phase
