Ryoko is based on Japanese judo legend Ryoko Tani, for those that don't know.
I bet Ryoko has best victory in the competition.
Is that why she's in Fighter's History Dynamite almost verbatim, even the endings are similar?

I used to daydream about Ryoko when I was 8. Ryoko was 16.
*pushes up glasses* actually, this Ryoko is based on Ryoko from Fighter's history, who was based on the the Japanese judo legend, Ryoko Tani.
Ryoko is damn beast with her throws and that hand blast she don't play definitely one of my favorites
I wish this game would get the modern treatment. It has some great characters!
World Heroes is a game with a unique setting and world view where timeless heroes and heroes fight together. I haven't played it yet, but I want to play it once. Ryoko is a Japanese name and the thumbnail picture came out very pretty.
It's good because she's a female character whose chest shakes better than expected.

This game had some of the best backgrounds that i can remember. It would be easy to just phone in generic time period backgrounds but these were very imaginative and creative with awesome music. Great game!

This Ryoko was beast in this game. IMO this World Heroes game was pretty good gameplay wise & plus you were able to pull off some pretty good chain combos
Well done again taking on Zeus and the neo pain on the hardest levels good job on the take down hopefully there will be a WH 3
It didn't take more than 3 seconds for me to end up falling in love with Ryoko. She ticks all my boxes.
Also they call him Neo-Dio, but he reminds me more of Kars and Baoh than of Dio.

A estátua que caiu no primeiro cenário, a galinha que saiu do telhado chinês e o pássaro que voou no estágio do Egito foram metas cumpridas para se lutar contra Son Gokuu. Existem outras nos demais cenários, porém desconheço a do Stone Age (homens da caverna)

I could never tell if this was a parody just like Revengers of Vengeance and Brutal Paws of Fury, or a SFII mockery. I remember the advertisements for World Heroes SNES in '92: EAT. SLEEP. BUST A FEW HEADS. With a tagline like that there is no way it would be serious.
To be fair on the tagline, it was the 90s. Just about every video game advertisement back then was deliberately corny. Game itself just looks like goofy fun. Not parody, nor a mockery of anything.

No hace referencia al Kokún de Dragón Ball, sino a Sun Wukong, el personaje principal de la novela china Viaje al Oeste. Tanto el Gokú de DB como el Gokú de este juego son una referencia al Sun Wukong de la literatura china.
This game left a deep impression although i played it once or twice in the arcade... i always tot this game was ahead of its times... where sf and kof were more dorminant in sg arcades...just not sure where it went wrong...
@M L miss the days where gaming companies attracts by introducing innovative ideas in gameplay...the irony i c in todays games is wherelse theres advancing technology n graphics everything else seemed so converged or copied...(in terms of games in general-not just fighting games)...
@M L bought kof 14 when it came out but stop after a while... must say at least they had the effort to bring back some of the good stuff,but really a faint shadow of the past glory days... still on sf v now though...guess my blood still has 2d fighting in it... 😁😬

As someone pointed in a comment, that's a visual cue that you met a requirement for a secret fight, in this case, the first of three to fight Son Gokuu
As it is a Brazilian comment, I'll translate/summarize:
Perfect vs. Rasputin - Dog statue
Perfect vs. Kidd - Chicken
Perfect vs. J. Carn - Swooping bird
These three cues met at these stages, Gokuu replaces Dragon.
