he did have two uses, one practical and one more abstract. he's the only reason they found Melog and he was kind of invaluable. as for the more abstract purpose Wrong Hordak was a great showcase of regular Horde Clones not being horrible people by default and how with proper support they are more than capable of changing for the better, compare this to Hordak who had no one until Entrapta and as such just doubled down on everything he ever knew becoming a scourge across all of Etheria.
