I'm old now, did some of that when I was younger. Good to see young blokes keeping it going. I had a bred down grew half crossed with a collie. Long gone now, lived to 17 though.

Theres always one who doesn’t know what they are talking about.
The lads are ferreting not lamping, they are ferreting.
The purpose of ferreting is primarily to get rabbits in numbers and a few live ones.
The purpose of lamping with dogs is mainly to work the dogs.
A day out ferreting is much harder and rewarding than a few hours on the lamp.
