Fully committing to your decision is what helps you overcome self-doubt? I can believe that. Take 10 seconds of courage and make the decision, see what happens after. Even if it doesn't work out in the end, at least you learned more about what you can/can't handle.

It is a good exclusive guide for clearing self-doubt and achieving success minus the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my good mate called Gray got cool results with it.
Buddy I tried so hard and failed and that didn't got the fear out instead I am so afraid and feel insecure and self doubt that I am not good enough cause I did give my all in and failed and if I try again I think I will fail. I am sorry I am so hopeless right now . I dont know what to do.

When it came to jumping from the plank by the pool, I only was scared until I did it once. I was eight, could swim no problem but was kinda scared of how deep the pool was and how deep I could dive after the jump. Turned out I could swim to the surface just fine and was merely playing the catastrophe tape in my head. Funny how quickly I got rid of it

I think it also depends on the environment - country you grow up in and the culture, your family - US thrives on and encourages entrepreneurship while some other countries (say especially the more socialist / former communist states) do not.. some families do some don’t.. that can affect what you end up doing as a kid :)

Yes you overcome self doubt by doing it and having some success. Until I have success on my UA-cam channel I will always have some self doubt. I continue to put out videos anyway though.
