I do this all the time - take a small cooler - like the ones you use at the beach, I place 2-3 frozen ice packs in the cooler - you can get small rectangular packs that you can fit in your hands. Between sets (or rounds if you do HIIT like I do), chill your hands for about 30 seconds. Repeat throughout the exercise session - placing the ice packs in the cooler between rounds or sets.
