I've commented on a few other e-commerce advisor channels that this sort of thing is really giving me pause on getting into selling POD on Etsy etc. I'm really hoping they improve seller support soon and/or make sure their policies are clearly stated, and IDK maybe streamlined so people can at least comply with say copyright complaints rather than losing their entire shop.

I just sent mails multiple times addressing the fact that i did nothing wrong but they just banned my account by rejecting my request for removing the account suspension
Also, sellers using third party design elements can not claim copyright to their designs. Even if it is a completely original design you create using 3rd party elements from Canva, CF and Kittl. So how do you protect your designs after reporting to Etsy and they counter?

I have Internet with dynamic IP via the PPPoE protocol, the IP address changes depending on events: power outages at home or a failure from the ISP provider, etc. Will Etsy suspend my shop? I haven't opened a shop yet, I'm currently waiting to see if Etsy will fix this issue with unnecessary suspensions for new legit shops. The question addressed to C.U.Online .Thank you.

Hi, I buy disney graphics on Etsy for my digital and printable invitations business. I message the Etsy owner to verify they can be used commercially. Is this okay?
Disney graphics wont be OK. the seller is definitely not licensed by Disney and either way even if they were, for you to sell disney merch, youd have to be licensed by Disney, So best to avoid that and not buy disney graphics in the future!
I didn’t even watch his video lol. I literally sourced other people’s videos in here. This was all based on a conversation I had with my students on a call this week. Don’t follow if you’re gunna throw assumptions. I am in group chats with shimmy and would message him if I had copied or had seen his video and thought it could be thought of as me copying him. All stories in here are from my students

OMG yes! Etsy's seller support is sucks 😢 i got permanently suspended idk what am i doing, until now and argh this is stresful
That means almost half of people who had shop suspensions did NOTHING wrong that's insane.

Message them on LinkedIn! Comment on their things and try to get a reason why or a human to look at it

The country singer gave the woman money and put her copyrighted design up in his shop for her to keep the proceeds. He called her and apologized.
