    Maybe we could come up with a program that reassembles the full track based upon a list of the needed txtp files

      That's pretty much what the TXTPs are, but they're based on wwise events, not the OST. There's no data that'll magically allow us to recreate the soundtrack, but what we have will make the manual process a lot easier since we can sort the audio by event. In order to make the full track, you'd find the necessary wems by looking into the TXTP file with a text editor, then take those wems into an audio program and mix it by hand. It's a tedious process, which is why what CSC did is such a thoughtless move.
