You know the..iceicles in the christmastree? The golden or see-trough ones?
You can make a hole in it and use a screw to put in on a headband.

Mod podge is glue based too. The only difference is you can buy mod podge in 2 different finishes. Matte and glossy

Mara you should watch a lot of make up videos. That is how I learned also my family isn't crazy about unicorns.
