This Halloween, the Adventure Family is forced to give up their trick or treating plans to head off to Boston on a search for their missing grandparents. But what should be a simple rescue mission gets flipped upside down the minute they find themselves in possession of The Treadway Journal, a coded diary that leads to a fabled Founding Fathers treasure rumored to contain enough supernatural powers to disrupt not only Halloween, but every single day afterwards.
