I have tried cooking before following recipes on the net and books but never they came out right. The first dish I tried from your channel was the Persian Chicken and it turned out fantastic. I am a new fan of the channel. I don't often cook Indian food, but i love this recipe because it has inspired me to add a change to a recipe I do make often. During the quarrantine, i've made "egg salad". This recipe has inspired me to try the roasting method with the cooked egg whites, cooling them, and then mixing the spices with the mayo for a savory egg salad. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
