As a guy who regularly uses urinals, this is gross. Either get a couple towels under you; don’t life so heavy, train at home or get a diaper. Or you make sure you use the bathroom before lifting heavy even if you peed 30min prior. Other than that, the gym isn’t a public bathroom. Edit: From what I've learned so far, it seems the towel option is her best bet. Still can't leave the mat smelling like piss. Someone else has to use that.

For anyone unaware, child birth can fuck your bladder to the point where laughing or sneezing makes you pee without being able to control it. It's a common thing for women who have had kids. The pressure around her lower abdomen while lifting is likely just pushing it out or making the muscles weak, even though she might not have had to go to the toilet prior. That being said, I have no idea why she is not using pads or pantyliners or a towel underneath her while doing this, so strange.
If you can’t lift without peeing you should should lift at home or wear a diaper. The average gym membership for a year will buy you a nice set of equipment at home
I have OAB, also urge/stress incontinence. I'm not embarrassed to wear a diaper to avoid public accidents. I do what it takes to manage my issues because I'm a grown man and I take responsibility for my body. If diapers are what it takes to live an independent and productive life, then I'm gonna be wearing diapers.

Totally not sanitary and not easy to get rid of urine from matts bc it dries in it. Just wear double diapers and specific pads inside the diaper to soak all the urine and just change every 3-4 hours.

Ok, I had to go do some research for y'all. Firstly, she says she's tried pads, and diapers, neither worked and her doctor said the surgery wouldn't work either. I'm guessing this is because of how much weight she's lifting. Second, it's a private gym and since she's not the only deadlifter there, (probably a deadlifting gym since she's hardcore into it) they have said they're fine with it. Third, the gym has said the floors and mats get cleaned multiple times a day (probably because of deadlifting being a big thing there) they don't have an issue with it. How about let's focus on what she's showing, which is her lifting f*ck tons of weight, which not many people can do.

Man nobody here understands what or who's this is this is one of the strongest female deadlines and she has a very serious medical issue that gives her urinary problems asides from that this is also common among strong female deadlines especially in her range basically her muscles can't take what she's doing and she loses control of them asides from that she has tried pretty much everything pads diapers and even asked her doctor about surgery none of this has worked because of this she uses private gyms and clarifies her issue with the owners before hand and they literally give her the green light she's one of the most powerful women alive and people should respect her more her name is hunter Henderson if you'd like to find more information on her
Nah we get it homie, medical condition or no unless it’s her private gym and she’s the only one that uses it and cleans it that shits disgusting and I’m sure the people that use the same gym don’t give a shit about how strong she is they care about how strongly the mats smell like old piss at then end of the day. Plus I don’t understand how a diaper wouldn’t help here, she’s not a water fall and she can only have so much pee in her bladder. Pee before you lift and wear a diaper, when the diapers full, change it out and repeat the cycle, there are plenty of ways to prevent this nasty ass behavior she just doesn’t want to.

Ok, I had to go do some research for y'all. Firstly, she says she's tried pads, and diapers, neither worked and her doctor said the surgery wouldn't work either. I'm guessing this is because of how much weight she's lifting. Second, it's a private gym and since she's not the only deadlifter there, (probably a deadlifting gym since she's hardcore into it) they have said they're fine with it. Third, the gym has said the floors and mats get cleaned multiple times a day (probably because of deadlifting being a big thing there) they don't have an issue with it. How about let's focus on what she's showing, which is her lifting f*ck tons of weight, which not many people can do.
If she can hold her piss in when not lifting heavy then it seems like she’s pushing/relaxing too much her kegels when doing the deadlifts? Like maybe it’s something she has done repetitively since she started lifting and she needs to un-train the set of muscles she engages while deadlifting and retrain the proper muscle groups. Idk, she seems experienced enough to know which muscles to engage and what not. Jokes aside, has she ever talked about wth up with all that pissing. Also, wouldn’t it be a good idea to empty your bladder before maxing out? So many questions.

The point isn't that she's peeing herself while lifting, many women, and even some men, have conditions which make it hard for them to hold their pee. These people normally wear something to prevent said pee from leaving their person. Like a pad, diaper, or a leg mounted external bladder

I’ve seen a lot of female power lifters and she’s the first I’ve ever seen pissing in the middle of performing a lift but I’ve seen someone shitting themselves in a gym that was fucking discussing there were times when I’ve put pressure on my bladder in the gym where I had to stop what I was doing to go and piss in the toilet but I’ve never pissed myself
