I don’t play the piano but maybe you should start slowly with making the notes clear and then try to speed it up once in a while until you get the tempo you want it to be
it's chromatic 3rds going down, you have to figure out fingerings that best suit your hands. That being said, I just only play the top notes on the right hand to make it possible to play at speed. This stuff is not easy at all 🤣
