Great interview which I hope inspires young referees to achieve their full potential in what is a brilliant occupation that I can highly recommend to those who can't play the game but still wish to be involved in football.

As soon as they put the kit on they are arrogant, I’m sorry if they know they make mistakes often because of a different view to what we see, they should listen more and be interview after the game cos if your interviewed and theirs a issue you can explain and people will move football is like a relationship we want closure. We just wanna know why. At the bare minimum clubs should be able to post a question to FA with a response to share with the fans surely it’s not much

Moss is way too old to ref epl games. Call me biased but Villa v Liverpool was a joke. He couldn’t make decisions because he couldn’t keep up with the game. Call it a day mate.
This disgusting mess isn't fit to referee an under 10's game let alone a Premier league game. Absolute awful ref and has clear biases against some teams. The FA really need to look into his 'performances'
