Thank you for these tutorials! Remember "theFrugalComputerGuy"? He gave a series of tutorials on libreoffice almost a decade ago. Your tutorials are like a desperately needed and much improved update.
Thanks. How can I protect the design from end user and how does it look at the data entries? after we finish the design? The window or Icone on disc top.
Great video. I am going to enter my lps (6000), as well as my cds(3000). Does bease support autofilling so if i have several recordings of Queen, i could just type qu and it will fill in the rest.
I've run businesses with relational databases. I was curious the other day but it wanted me to create a database just to look at it. Thanks for showing the parts but this is very basic. For instance I would expect the key field to auto increment and the date field to have form widgets. I'm curious about joins and if there is an SQL mode to make queries, and subforms and subreports. Looks like it probably is the real deal, which is cool. I'll dig in.
Getting started with Base database in LibreOffice. Check out courses at www.itseasy.co.uk
Very useful, good hands-on instruction!
Glad it was helpful!

Very good basic instructions, most 'basic' tutorials go too deep too soon. :-) thanks
