- This 5-acre park site, situated along Willowcreek Road, just south of Central Avenue, is a city plaza-type gathering place commemorating those individuals who have dedicated their lives to serving the Portage Community as Fire Fighters and Police Officers. The beautifully landscaped park features a centrally located ornamental gazebo and plaza area, the Police and Fire Fighter's Memorial at the north end, and the Portage Exchange Club's Freedom Shrine at the south end. The park is divided into small garden plots separated by the wide walking paths traversing the site.

Oh, I'm glad there's a part 2 because I really enjoyed part 1. This park is so well kept and feels so peaceful to walk through. I love when you talk through your videos. I love hearing your thoughts and opinions on different subjects. Aww, the stone for Bosco and the others RIP Pups ❤ 💐 I bet that garden is beautiful once everything is planted. I love the police dedication walls too. God bless the good ones and keep them safe 💙 and blessings to the firefighters who run into the flames when everyone else is running away from them. That takes lots of courage ❤ Paul, don't let anyone discourage you from doing what you do just because they don't have anything nice to say. Those kinds of people have a problem within themselves that has to be dealt with. They most likely do that to everyone who crosses their paths. They are just attention seekers and have low self-esteem, so they try and build themselves up by knocking other people down. They don't know how to go out and do something good in the world, so they pick on someone like you who does. It's the only way they can make themselves feel bigger, by making you and everyone around them feel smaller. You are doing a top-notch great job with your channel. so don't let the haters discourage you. There are more of us then there are them. Loved the video!!
