Hi im using 1Gbps broadband wireless, my global connection speed max is only 25Mib/s, while my upload speed seems to be always below 50Kib/s. Is this the reason why my download speed cant hit the "should be 150 Mib/s" for my broadband speed?
I set download and upload speed to infinity already. Any ways to improve the upload speed so as to improve my download speed?

You can only download as much as everyone else is seeding. You'll never be able to fully utilise your DL speed when torrenting
