You should be getting minimum 6 hours.. but it could also be some app messing up so do a clean install and use minimum possible apps in the beginning.. see if this helps.. if not get the phone replaced or checked whatever suits you better

Thats too low.. remove unwanted apps and also if possible get it checked with OnePlus service center.. could be a bad battery too
