At first I thought this was Kashin Koji's theme. Then I thought it was Lord Boro's theme.

A good example that passes off Boruto is Rock Lee whom we all witnessed go from " loser" in konoha to "great taijutsu user"; yet he completely faded in Boruto..like you rarely even see him compared to Sai, Chickamaru, Choji..etc 😅🤷

It's not Victor's theme. It's one of the battle themes used for Kara. It was used on Deepa first and has been used multiple times since.
