hi there i did register with DYDNS and SWANN with successful created account but when i try to put my DDNS to DVR it keep saying register is failed, i have try both of them DYDNS and SWANN please help me with that thanks

Hello...Thanks for the video guide.
i need to ask..
Do i need an internet connection with a Static IP..?
i have an internet connection from a GSM network
the IP changes most times...
i don't know is this is the reason why i haven't been able to setup this remote viewing on my cctv.
