Phenomenal episode!! Thank you so much Nick and Dan! This episode was not only interesting and informative, but also resonates with me coming from an ED background

Very interesting... I’ve always tried to utilize a combination of my heart, mind, and gut, but mostly lean into my heart. Reason being as someone who has anxiety, even in simple decisions, my gut would feel like it was dropping. Therefore, my gut wasn’t an accurate “measurement”, if that makes sense.

Harvey Lewis and Rich Rill are superb athletes on vegan diets and have been for a very long time. Harvey Lewis won the bigs ultra backyard ultra running 450 miles

good on them but it does not work for everyone ! plus rich roll is pushing veganism
way too much! being a vegan does not mean being healthier or supreme to people aren't vegan

If you'd had more protein and fat instead of all that pasta, you'd probably not be as hungry in the morning. At least that's how it works for me. Maybe the pasta stopped you sleeping as much so in the morning your ghrelin hormone is increased!

I do the zip lock bag thing with chop sticks whenever I travel 😂Large bag of salad greens and big tin of tuna packs well too 👌 Was always nervous I’d give myself food poisoning if the chicken was left out of the fridge too long 🤣 how long is your chicken staying out of the fridge? 🤔

Hi Nick and Dan, my dad has been carnivore for 2 years now. He has lost 45 lbs and has no knee pain anymore. With no carbs he maintains a high energy level all day and cycle 100 miles a week at 64. He feels strong and confident in him self, shows that no carb diet can work and that trusting your body is essential. Love the pod

Great episode! So many takeaways! Healthy means being nourished not starving, and being fit/strong not skinny. I resonated with Dan saying, "we are building a healthy long lasting lifestyle through nutrition and fitness, why would we do a short term fad diet?" Thanks BPN for the dope content that truly accelerates our performance!
