How SLOW can YOU go?

- Breathe, relax and dance with me. In this video we will learn and practise flowing moves, and then challenge ourselves to go as slow as we can. We often think that going fast is more advanced when dancing, but slowing down while still keeping smoothness and control can really highlight our stiff points, weaknesses and challenge us to a whole new level. Join me and see how slow you can go.
